⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions
No Pickup Service: We operate exclusively through courier services. We do not have a physical outlet for order pickups.
Tracking Information: Once dispatched, we will provide you with the Courier Name and Tracking Number.
Third-Party Responsibility: We do not have direct contact numbers for delivery personnel. If a delay or issue occurs, customers must contact the courier company directly. Radhe Enterprise is not responsible for courier-related delays or return issues.
No Refunds/Returns: Since all badges are fully customized, we do not offer any refund or return policy.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address is complete. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer will be charged the shipping fee again for re-dispatch.
Material Confirmation: Badges are made using our standard high-quality materials as shown in our website samples. Please confirm material details before ordering.
